Typolitic

Typolitic was an online forum conceived by Inkahoots to showcase and discuss the best socially and politically focused undergraduate typographic work from around the world. 

Typolitic featured contributions from several leading designers, typographers and writers whose work was referenced in students’ courses. Their commentary provided a unique ongoing pedagogical forum with a fascinating feedback loop between the studied and the student. Also commenting were several guest experts from outside the field. The blog itself argued implicitly for the teaching of typography and design generally as an intrinsically political medium.
